Twana Lawler is a poet, writer, playwright, screenwriter, Gospel Songwriter and Motivational Speaker. She is embarking on her own company entitled “TDL Publishing” which she does
consulting, to striving authors training them for self-publication. She also has a ministry “Don’t Die Stay Alive Ministries”. When her creative juices go to rolling she is on fire. She has composed a few screenplays that led straight to DVD. "Who Did I Marry?" Starring Terry Vaughn and Tommy Ford. She also wrote "God's Precious Jewels." Starring Robin Givens and "When A Women’s Fed Up” Paula J Parker. She is also the writer of a children book entitled,
Kastle Hill Gang" a bunch of pre-teens come together to hold back things such bullying. She has penned a few more books, Liberty of Silence and “From Darkness to His Marvelous Light." She
immediately delivers another volume to add to the list, ("Heaviness of my Heart”) this is one of her best works which is a contemporary, literary nonfiction; She has overcome many obstacles in life and it is stated in this volume. Writing is her love and desire. Her belief is if one person is affected by her words than she is really blessed. She has also has spoken at a few churches in her hometown, Louisville, KY and out of State.
